Perfect crispy tampura

This recipe came on an evening I had a great desire for good fried food. I looked for an easy to make vegan tampura and none of the recipes I found looked to be the real deal, so I did some research and came out with this easy to make recipe that will satisfy your need for crispy delicious food.
Let's get to work:
150 gram white wheat or white spelt flour
50 gram corn starch
400 ml ice cold sparkling water
1 liter vegetable oil
what ever veggies or tofu you want to cover
3 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp sesame
first boil a pot with vegetable oil. I used canola oil.
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Dip anything you want inside and fry for about 4-5 minutes. It is important to make the batch just before cooking, the cold will make it more crispy and absurb less oil.
For the dip simply mix all ingredients until you get a nice and even texture.
